We offer a full or part service. From drawing up the plans and obtaining planning permission through to getting the building works signed off by a building inspector.
A few useful tips …
Planning permission Did you know you can extend to a certain size without it? We can liaise with your local planning authority to help get all the necessary permissions that are required before works can begin.
Building regulations It’s necessary to have the work checked by a building inspector both during and at the end of the job to ensure all regulations are being complied with. You’ll then receive a completion certificate which will avoid any problems later if you choose to sell your home.
Architects We’re happy to work with your own architects but if you need help we have our own contacts who can provide you with detailed plans and specifications for your approval.
Skilled workforce It can be quite tricky co-ordinating all the different trades to work alongside one another. Our team are used to working together and around each other! All the team are specialists in their own field and we can provide you with a one-stop service to make everyone’s life a little easier.
